Soil Mixes and Mulch — Buying by the Ton

Topsoil is a versatile landscape material used to improve soil conditions, support plant growth, and prepare properties for landscaping and lawn installations. Rich in organic matter and natural nutrients, topsoil provides an ideal growing environment for grass, trees, shrubs, flowers, and gardens.

Property owners, landscapers, contractors, and developers commonly utilize topsoil for lawn establishment, garden beds, landscape renovations, grading corrections, erosion repair, and site improvement projects. Whether you're filling low areas, creating planting beds, or preparing a property for sod installation, quality topsoil helps promote healthy root development and long-term growth.

Topsoil is frequently used to improve existing soil conditions, increase nutrient availability, and create a more productive growing environment. It can be spread across large areas, blended into existing soils, or used to build raised beds and planting areas.

O'Leary Development Group delivers topsoil throughout San Antonio, Cibolo, Schertz, New Braunfels, Seguin, Boerne, Bulverde, Spring Branch, and surrounding Central Texas communities. Whether you're installing a new lawn, building a garden, or improving your landscape, topsoil provides the foundation for long-term success.
