Ashley O'Leary is a San Antonio-based business owner, community advocate, and nonprofit leader dedicated to building stronger communities through both economic development and human services. As the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of O'Leary Development Group, Ashley oversees a growing dump truck logistics and material hauling company that serves contractors, developers, municipalities, and homeowners throughout the Greater San Antonio region. The company specializes in dump truck services, aggregate and construction material delivery, site support, and hauling solutions that help keep construction and infrastructure projects moving efficiently.

Under Ashley's leadership, O'Leary Development Group has established a reputation for dependable service, responsive logistics coordination, and a customer-first approach. She manages the daily operations of the business, including dispatching, customer relations, project coordination, vendor partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives across South Central Texas.

In addition to her work in the construction and transportation industry, Ashley serves as a grants and community development professional with Corazon Ministries, one of San Antonio's leading organizations serving individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use disorders, and other barriers to stability. Through her work in nonprofit leadership, she helps secure funding, develop strategic partnerships, and expand programs that provide housing support, recovery services, healthcare access, and pathways to self-sufficiency.
