1. Responsible use

Use the website lawfully and submit only information you are authorized to provide. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, misuse forms, impersonate another person, or obtain another customer’s information without authority. Do not use automated tools to evade access controls or impair the site.

2. Website information

The website describes ODG’s dump-truck hauling and material-delivery services and may include product descriptions, planning tools, photographs, estimates, and availability information. General descriptions do not promise that a particular material, date, route, quantity conversion, or service is available for your transaction. If something looks inconsistent, ask ODG to clarify before you rely on it.

3. Orders and quote requests

Submitting a form or requesting a quote does not by itself create an accepted order. Material orders are governed by our Material Terms of Sale, Shipping & Delivery policy, Refund & Cancellation policy, and your accepted order. Non-store hauling and commercial work require an accepted quote or agreement. These website terms do not replace those transaction documents.

4. Content and intellectual property

Website text, branding, photographs, graphics, and other content are owned by ODG or used with permission. Respect applicable intellectual-property rights. Do not imply ODG’s endorsement, and do not reproduce protected content except as the law or ODG’s written permission allows. You may keep copies of your own order documents and our policies for your records.

5. Forms and information you submit

Provide accurate contact and project details, and avoid unnecessary sensitive information. Do not submit another person’s private information without authority. Sending an inquiry does not give ODG permission for unrelated marketing and does not enroll your telephone number in automated texts. Our Privacy Policy and any specific form disclosure describe how information and consent are handled.

6. Links and third-party services

The site may link to or use independent services, including payment and communication tools. Their availability and terms may differ from ODG’s. A link is not a guarantee of third-party content or performance. Review the relevant notices before providing information or completing a transaction on an external service.

7. Availability, security, and corrections

Website access may be interrupted by maintenance, network conditions, security measures, or technical failures. ODG cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free content. If you find a price, description, or technical error, contact ODG. The applicable transaction terms and the law govern how an affected order is handled.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be limited. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.

9. Updates and assistance

We may update these terms, and the effective date above shows the current version. A revised website page does not rewrite an existing order and does not create new SMS consent.
