CDL-A Dump Truck Driver
Haul fill dirt, road base, gravel, and aggregate to commercial construction sites throughout the San Antonio metro. Company equipment provided. Local routes — most drivers home daily.
- Valid CDL-A license
- Minimum 1 year commercial dump truck experience
- Clean MVR — no DUI/DWI in past 5 years
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
Tandem Axle Driver
Operate tandem-axle dump trucks on commercial construction routes delivering bulk material to job sites across the San Antonio metro and Bexar County.
- Valid CDL-A license
- Tandem axle dump truck experience
- Clean MVR
- Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
Triaxle Driver
Run triaxle dump truck operations for larger material volume loads on commercial and infrastructure projects. Steady book of work in Greater San Antonio.
- Valid CDL-A license
- Triaxle operation experience preferred
- Clean MVR
- DOT compliant
Quad / Quint Axle Driver
Operate quad or quint axle rigs on high-volume commercial construction jobs. Maximum-capacity hauls for large-scale site work throughout the San Antonio area.

End Dump Driver
End dump trailer operations for high-capacity material delivery on active commercial and infrastructure job sites. Consistent local work schedule.
- Valid CDL-A license
- End dump or semi-trailer combination experience
- Clean MVR
- Must pass DOT physical
Belly Dump Driver
Belly dump trailer operations for road base, aggregate, and select fill delivery. Experience with controlled discharge and high-volume road construction preferred.
- Valid CDL-A license
- Belly dump trailer experience preferred
- Clean MVR
- DOT compliant
Equipment Operator
Operate heavy equipment — skid steers, excavators, compactors, or graders — at commercial construction sites throughout the San Antonio metro.
- Minimum 2 years heavy equipment operation experience
- Skid steer, excavator, or compactor experience preferred
- Ability to read grade stakes a plus
- CDL preferred but not required
Dispatch Coordinator
Coordinate daily truck routing, customer scheduling, and load assignments — connecting drivers, customers, and material suppliers to keep commercial projects on time and on budget.
- Trucking dispatch or logistics coordination experience
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficient with routing or scheduling software
- Knowledge of San Antonio metro area preferred
Fleet Support / Shop Mechanic
Keep our commercial dump truck fleet running safely and on schedule. Perform preventive maintenance, DOT inspection repairs, and routine service on Class 8 trucks and trailers.
- Diesel mechanics experience — Class 8 trucks preferred
- Ability to perform DOT inspection-level repairs
- Own basic hand tools
- CDL-A a plus but not required
Construction Support / General Laborer
Provide on-site construction support including material handling, site cleanup, and general labor on commercial projects throughout Greater San Antonio.
- Physical fitness and reliability
- Experience on active construction sites preferred
- Reliable transportation to San Antonio area job sites
- Ability to follow site safety protocols
