Material Terms of Sale
These terms explain how material orders are confirmed, what the customer needs to provide, and how delivery or order concerns are handled.

What this covers
These terms apply to material orders and their associated deliveries. They do not turn an unanswered quote request into an order, govern employment inquiries, or automatically replace a separately signed service or commercial agreement. An accepted written order must identify the applicable transaction terms.
Quick answers
Is a requested delivery date guaranteed?
Does material delivery include spreading?
What should I do about inconsistent product information?
How do I report an order problem?

1. Order submission and confirmation
Provide accurate material selections, quantities, contact information, and delivery details. Submitting a checkout or quote request allows ODG to review the request; an automated receipt alone does not guarantee a delivery date or confirm every operational detail. ODG will communicate material availability, delivery arrangements, and any changes needed before proceeding with an affected order.
2. Product descriptions and quantities
Review the unit of sale and product description for each selected material. Weight, volume, and coverage are different measurements and should not be treated as interchangeable without a product-specific basis. Photographs and planning estimates do not establish an exact color, appearance, density, or finished coverage. Ask ODG about a product description that appears inconsistent before ordering. ODG should resolve a material discrepancy with you rather than substitute a different product without agreement.
3. Price, delivery charges, tax, and payment
The accepted order should identify the material price, delivery charges, applicable tax, and payment arrangements. A quote is subject to the validity period and conditions stated in that quote. If ODG identifies a pricing, inventory, tax, or technical error affecting an order, ODG will explain the issue and proposed correction. You may contact ODG to discuss the correction or cancellation; any collected payment must be addressed in the agreed resolution. These terms do not establish commercial credit or a recurring payment authorization.
4. Scheduling and site preparation
A requested delivery date is not a guaranteed arrival time. Follow Shipping & Delivery and Site Access & Delivery Readiness, provide an authorized site contact, and tell dispatch about access restrictions before the truck is dispatched. Placement is subject to safe access and driver assessment. Spreading, grading, installation, and other work are not included unless the accepted order expressly states otherwise.
5. Changes, cancellations, and refunds
Contact ODG promptly to request an order change or cancellation. Order stage, loading, dispatch, delivery, and material condition affect the available options. The Refund & Cancellation policy and the accepted order govern the review. These terms do not create an unstated cancellation deadline, automatic refund entitlement, or undisclosed fee.
6. Inspection and order concerns
Inspect the delivered material when safe. Report an apparent wrong material, shortage, damage, or placement concern promptly with the order number, photographs, location, and a description of the issue. Preserve relevant material and records where safe. ODG will review the order and delivery information and communicate the proposed resolution.
7. Applicable rights and separate agreements
Nothing in this draft is intended to waive rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to waive. This review copy does not establish a liability cap, arbitration requirement, chosen court, or governing-law clause. Any such provision requires counsel's separately approved language. If documents appear inconsistent, obtain written clarification rather than assume that a general website statement overrides the accepted transaction documents.
8. Version and contact
The final order record should identify the approved version applicable to the transaction. Later website edits should not be treated as retroactively changing an existing order without an appropriate agreement. Keep your order confirmation and contact ODG with questions before accepting a change.
