SMS Terms
These terms explain how O’Leary Development Group (“ODG”) handles text messages. Your phone number on a quote or order does not sign you up for automated texts, and you can ask us to stop texting at any time.

Full policy text
1. Purpose of texts
When you text us, or when you have separately agreed to receive service texts, messages may concern a requested quote, scheduling, dispatch coordination, delivery information, or a response to a question you asked. We do not treat a service inquiry as permission to send promotional marketing.
2. Telephone numbers and consent
Giving ODG your number for contact, or placing an order, does not enroll you in an automated-text program. A required telephone field is not an SMS-consent checkbox. Quote forms do not enroll customers in automated texts. If you start a text conversation with us, we reply within the scope of your request.
3. Optional service-text enrollment
If ODG offers optional automated service texts in the future, enrollment will use a separate, unchecked choice with nearby links to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy, and ODG will keep a record of your consent. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing goods or services. ODG will not send automated texts under such a program until you have enrolled.
4. Message frequency and charges
Message frequency depends on your request and your transaction. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan, so contact your carrier about your plan and charges. Messages can be delayed, blocked, or undelivered. Do not rely on text messages for emergencies.
5. Stopping texts
To stop service texts, reply STOP to any message, or clearly tell ODG you want texts to end by phone or email. We honor other clear requests to stop as well. After we process your request, we will not send further program messages, other than a single confirmation of your opt-out where the law permits one.
6. Help and contact changes
Reply HELP to a message, or use the contact below. Tell ODG if your number changes, is reassigned, or no longer belongs to you. Do not enroll another person’s number without their authorization. If you prefer not to receive texts, contact us by telephone or email to arrange another way to communicate.
7. Privacy and delivery limitations
Our Privacy Policy describes how we treat contact and communication records. We do not use phone numbers or consent records for unrelated marketing without your separate permission. Delivery of a text depends on network and device conditions, and a delivery receipt does not confirm that you read or acted on a message.
8. Changes and your rights
If ODG changes the purpose, sender, automation, frequency, or opt-out process of its text messaging, we will update these terms and obtain new consent where the law requires it. A general policy update is not a substitute for new consent. Nothing in these terms waives rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
