By opting in to receive text messages from O’Leary Development Group (“ODG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms.

Service Description

ODG uses SMS/text messaging to send you quote confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and responses to service requests you initiated via text or web form. This is a customer-service and scheduling program — not a promotional marketing program.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from ODG by:

• Texting us to initiate a service request
• Checking the “I agree to receive text messages” box on any of our web forms
• Verbally requesting text updates during a phone consultation

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service requests. You may receive up to 6 messages per active service inquiry per month.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. ODG does not charge for SMS messages; charges, if any, are determined solely by your carrier.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. You may also contact us directly to be removed from our messaging list.
