1. Information you provide
You may give us your name, telephone number, email address, delivery or service address, billing information, order and quote details, project instructions, and messages or photographs you send. An order or customer account also creates transaction and order-history records. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information or payment-card details by ordinary email, text message, or site instructions.
2. Website and transaction information
Our website systems may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device details, pages requested, cookies, and security events. Payment services process the information needed to complete a payment. What ODG receives depends on the payment provider and how it is configured, and ODG does not necessarily receive your full card details.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders and payments, coordinate dispatch and delivery, handle concerns, keep business records, secure our systems, and comply with legal obligations. Where a communication or optional use requires your consent, we ask for it through a separate process.
4. Providers and disclosures
We share information with the systems and people that support your transaction, such as website hosting, store operations, payment processing, customer communications, and delivery coordination. Disclosures are limited to the relevant purpose and made with appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or when reasonably necessary to address security, fraud, or legal claims.
5. Text messages and communication choices
Giving us a telephone number for a quote or order does not enroll you in automated text messaging. Any optional automated-text program requires its own separate consent and disclosure. See our SMS Terms for the rules that apply to service texts. We do not infer marketing consent from a quote request, an order, or acceptance of our website terms.
6. Cookies and optional tracking
Cookies and similar technologies support store functionality, account access, security, preferences, and measurement. You can restrict cookies in your browser settings, though some site functions may then be affected. If we use optional advertising or analytics technologies, we will provide the controls that applicable law requires.
7. Retention and security
We keep records only as long as reasonably needed for their purpose, applicable legal and accounting requirements, and legitimate dispute and security needs. Retention periods vary by type of record. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information and systems involved, but no website or communication method can guarantee absolute security.
8. Requests, rights, and appeals
Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or any other privacy right that applies to you. Describe your request without sending unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity and authority and to apply legal exceptions. Where applicable law gives you a right to appeal or sets response requirements, ODG follows that law.
9. Children, links, and changes
Our website is not intended to solicit information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child has given us information should contact us. When you use an independent provider’s service, review that provider’s notice. When we make material changes to this policy, we update the effective date above and give additional notice or request consent where required.
