Material Description

About This Product

Asphalt Millings are a cost-effective and environmentally friendly material created by reclaiming existing asphalt pavement during roadway and parking lot resurfacing projects. The reclaimed asphalt is processed into a reusable aggregate that can be spread, graded, and compacted to create a durable driving surface.

Property owners, contractors, ranchers, developers, and municipalities frequently choose asphalt millings as an affordable alternative to traditional asphalt paving and gravel. When properly installed and compacted, asphalt millings create a firm surface that helps reduce dust, mud, erosion, and maintenance requirements while providing a finished appearance similar to asphalt pavement.

Asphalt Millings are especially popular for driveways, ranch roads, private roads, parking lots, construction entrances, equipment yards, and access roads. Their recycled composition not only helps reduce material costs but also supports sustainable construction practices by reusing valuable paving materials.

O'Leary Development Group delivers Asphalt Millings throughout San Antonio, Cibolo, Schertz, New Braunfels, Seguin, Boerne, Bulverde, Spring Branch, and surrounding Central Texas communities. Whether you're improving a rural driveway, constructing an access road, upgrading a parking area, or stabilizing a worksite, Asphalt Millings provide a durable and economical solution.
