Material Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to material orders and deliveries placed through ODG’s WooCommerce store. They do not apply to quote requests that have not resulted in a placed order, employment or careers inquiries, or other non-order communications.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is a request to purchase the selected materials and delivery services. ODG may review, accept, decline, cancel, or adjust an order when availability, delivery access, pricing, safety, scheduling, or other operational conditions require it. An order confirmation does not guarantee a requested delivery time until ODG confirms the practical delivery details.

Pricing, Availability, and Payment

Displayed prices, product availability, delivery fees, taxes, and estimates may change before an order is accepted. Payment authorization may be required before ODG processes an order. If a pricing, inventory, tax, or technical error is identified, ODG may contact you to correct the order or cancel the affected portion and issue an appropriate refund when payment has been collected.

Delivery and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate order, contact, and delivery details, along with safe and suitable site access for the delivery vehicle and material placement. Delivery timing, placement, weather, access, and rescheduling are governed by our Material Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation or change requests must be made as soon as possible. Because materials may be loaded, dispatched, delivered, placed, mixed, spread, or otherwise altered, return and refund eligibility can be limited. Review our Material Refund & Cancellation Policy for the applicable process and contact ODG with your order number.

Inspection and Order Concerns

Inspect materials and delivery details promptly. Report a damaged, incorrect, or short order as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, photographs, delivery details, and a clear description of the concern. Do not alter or dispose of material needed to evaluate the report unless safety requires it.

Limits of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ODG’s responsibility for an approved order concern is limited to the affected order or portion of the order. Nothing in these draft terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited. Specific commitments made in a written order confirmation or other written agreement may supplement these terms for that order.

Changes to These Terms

ODG may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order unless a written agreement states otherwise.
