Material Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies only to physical material and product orders placed through ODG’s WooCommerce store. It excludes hauling, landscaping, contractor work, quote requests, and other service transactions.

Local Delivery Area

Material delivery is offered only within ODG’s active local delivery area, subject to address validation and available delivery methods. A delivery quote, serviceability result, or checkout availability does not guarantee a requested date until confirmed by ODG.

Scheduling, Windows, and Fees

Available delivery dates, delivery windows, and fees are shown or confirmed during the order process when available. Operational values such as service area, dispatch cutoff, fees, and lead times remain subject to owner review and order-specific confirmation.

Site Access and Placement

The customer is responsible for providing safe, accessible entry and a clear placement area suitable for the delivery vehicle and material. ODG may delay, decline, or adjust placement where access, ground conditions, overhead clearance, traffic, safety, or local restrictions make delivery unsafe.

Weather and Unsafe-Site Delays

Weather, road conditions, equipment availability, and unsafe-site conditions can require a delay or reschedule. ODG will communicate practical next steps when possible; exact timing cannot be guaranteed.

Failed Delivery and Rescheduling

If the site is inaccessible, unsafe, or no authorized recipient can support delivery when required, the order may need to be rescheduled. Any resulting delivery or return-trip charges require owner review and confirmation before final publication.

Inspection and Reporting

Inspect the delivery promptly. Report visible damage, an incorrect material, or a shortage with your order number, photographs, and delivery details as soon as reasonably possible. Keep relevant material available for review when safe to do so.

Cancellations and Refunds

Once material is loaded, dispatched, delivered, placed, or altered, cancellation and refund options may be limited. Review our Material Refund & Cancellation Policy and contact ODG promptly with questions.
